Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our web server and security providers automatically receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for any website and is used to deliver pages and protect the site.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any service that tracks your activity for marketing.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only to:

- Send text messages about your inquiry or appointments, if you opted in

Contact Form Submissions
Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to our office by email. They are not stored on the website. We keep them in our office email only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations.
Email is not a fully secure way to send sensitive information. Please do not include detailed health information, insurance numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment information in the form. Call us at (951) 351-9000 instead.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you check the text message box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Hawkins Cosmetic Dentistry about your inquiry and your appointments. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Cloudflare Turnstile. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated bots. Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and connection details. According to Cloudflare, these signals are used only to detect and block bots, not to identify, profile, or target individuals. Cloudflare also uses them to improve its bot detection. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our patients, staff, or the public.
Cookies and Tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use small, strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks. Website administrators also receive login cookies when they sign in to manage the site.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not track visitors across websites or sell or share personal information, these signals do not change how this site works. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time or across other websites through our site.
Links to Other Websites
Our site links to our Facebook and Instagram pages and to other outside websites. When you follow those links, you leave our site, and that website's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how other sites handle your information.
Your California Privacy Rights
- No sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and protected by Cloudflare's security services. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site. Parents or guardians may contact our office directly about a child's care.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
